Submission Process
Authors are invited to submit an Abstract (300 - 500 words) in the following tracks:
An abstract submission implies a willingness to submit the complete full paper, short paper, or work-in-progress if the abstract is accepted.
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit original research of a theoretical or applied nature in one of the following formats, using the online submission system EDAS:
The submission should summarize the scope of the research, include primary results and findings, and emphasize new advances, theories or applications, so that the originality and implication of the research are clear. Papers that do not follow this format will be rejected as will papers above the specified limit.
A submission implies a willingness to register and present the work if the paper is accepted for presentation at the conference. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. Authors of accepted papers must submit the final version by the deadline in the required format, register, and present it at the conference.
The IEEE Style Guide and Conference Paper Templates in various formats are available here.
**EDUCON 2025 will implement a double-anonymous review process. Please ensure your manuscripts are fully anonymized before uploading. No author or affiliation information should be present in your uploaded document.
While no author or affiliation information should be present in your uploaded document in keeping with our double-anonymous review process, all contributing authors must be added to the EDAS submission portal. No changes to the author listing may be made after the Preliminary Paper submission deadline. Please ensure all authors are fully accounted for in EDAS prior to the deadline. There will be no exceptions.
Each lead author must visit the EDAS website and establish an account with a username and password.
Please log in at http://www.edas.info and follow these steps:
If authors would like to post their papers electronically on any website, any FTP site, or any other electronic dissemination technique, they must include the IEEE Copyright notice on the initial screen displaying the IEEE-copyrighted material.
Each accepted contribution to EDUCON 2025 must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Form. The copyright form should be filled out and signed by one author, preferably the primary author.
